Balloon Gas Information
Points To Note
- It is advisable to pre-book your Balloon Gas at least 2 days in advance.
- Balloons will stay afloat for approximately 10 hours, depending on volume of the balloon and ambient temperature.
- It takes 1 person approximately 1 hour to inflate 100 balloons.
- To save time, it is best to pre-tie the balloon clips and ribbons ready for balloon inflation.
- HAND TIGHTEN REGULATOR. DO NOT USE A SPANNER
- REMOVE REGULATOR FROM CYLINDER BEFORE TRANSPORTING
- No refunds (except for the deposit) will be made on cylinders returned unused.
Refundable Deposit
A deposit of $100 must be left to ensure return of the cylinder and regulator in good condition. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the cylinder and regulator undamaged. If the cylinder and/or regulator are damaged, this will result in a forfeit of all or part of the deposit. An amount of $5 will be deducted from the deposit for each week or part thereof that the cylinder and regulator are retained by the customer after the first 7 days. Where the deposit is paid by card, the SAME CARD must be returned with the cylinder and regulator.
Balloon Gas is pure Helium. Deliberately inhaling balloon gas is DANGEROUS and CAN BE FATAL.
